Agreement to Terms

Services

UNMUTE provides cultural growth agency services including strategy, creative direction, activations, content creation, and community systems. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual client agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of UNMUTE and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Client Work

Ownership of work produced for clients will be defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of deliverables created specifically for their project.

Limitation of Liability

UNMUTE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and strategies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
